Rc tools for fitness tracking
## default session files
The `(calisthenics skills weights)^.week` files show a selection of exercises and a
repetitions-per-exercise table, matching the index in the `exercises`
file. It's used to automatically set up a routine, like `cat calisthenics.week /fd/0 | workout`.
### calisthenics session
Focused on strength and hypertrophy using bodyweight exercises.
### skills session
Specific progressions to build up to the front lever and planche
movements.
### weights session
Mostly hypertrophy training and conditioning using weighted exercises.
## basal metabolic rate (BMR)
Computes the BMR using the Mifflin-St. Jeor equation.

## about weights
In weightlifting exercises where (dumb|bar|kettle)bells are used, the
weight isn't tracked. It should be up to you how much you are lifting
and at what pace. Feel free to extend the scripts to match your
training procedure.
